Community-based birth coaches (doulas) work with soon-to-be mothers who are more likely to experience poor prenatal care, a higher chance of having a shorter birth and/or cesarean, and who may have a higher risk of poor infant health or infant mortality.

Although this service is offered to all women, I do place a great focus on women of color (BIPOC) due to their higher rates of pregnancy-related deaths.

To add, I do offer lower-cost fees as long as I have not reached my cap for the year. Please request information to see if you qualify.

I offer community-based birth coaching in-person and virtually, depending on the needs of the client as well as my availability. Please note, the services below are subject to change.

• Unlimited, 24/7 texting and email communication

• Unlimited phone communication during business hours

• Two in-person prenatal visits up to 2-hours

• OR four virtual prenatal sessions up to 2-hours

• One virtual 1-hour prenatal meeting

• Detailed birth plan

• Detailed postpartum plan

• Uninterrupted support during labor and birth

• Immediate support after birth, up to 7 hours (additional time may be an additional $65/hr)

• Two in-person postpartum visits up to 2-hours each

• OR three virtual postpartum sessions up to 1-hours each

• Additional services available for an extra fee

This service is for those who do not fit the criteria for behavioral health services. This client is ready to move past therapy and into total wellness much sooner than they would if they were in therapy. Although this client may be experiencing similar issues, this client may be experiencing what I call "situational" mental health issues. This client may have been struggling for as little as a few months to several years but has the ability, with a little help, to thrust toward their goals without as much focus on their past or current experiences. This service is virtual unless otherwise agreed upon before upcoming meetings. This service may include individual, family, & couples coaching.

• 60-minute virtual session 1 time per month ($155 value) -- additional sessions may be available for a fee

• 90-minute group session 1 time per month --- virtual ($65 value)

• 1 texting session or phone call for 30 minutes 2 times per month ($145 value)

• Discounted 1-day retreat quarterly -- discounted fee will apply, fees will vary depending on location and itinerary

• Attend yearly weekend retreat -- discounted fee will apply, fees will vary depending on location and itinerary

• Free access to community chat where you can get and share advice and stay in the know of all hot topics and upcoming events

This service is for clients who are looking for an opportunity to meet others who may be sharing similar struggles and/or trying to reach similar goals. Our wellness groups provide support and encouragement, create lasting relationships, and increase your opportunities for success.

This service is virtual unless otherwise agreed upon prior to upcoming meetings. The types of groups will vary. Everyone will receive details about upcoming groups & retreats, the benefits, and the costs, if applicable.
