Your Subconscious Mind
Mind, Body and Soul.
Hello, my Queens! I’ve been going through some of my past posts from an old blog site I used to own. While sifting through some of my pieces, I came across a few I think are still relevant. One of them being the following --- with a few updates:
Enjoy!
As you know, I pride myself in focusing on our being healthy…. Mind, Body, and Soul. Today let’s focus on health of the mind. While I read passages from The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy, I realized there are hidden gems of information that are a necessity to share, necessities to life!
This book discusses many ways to make sure your subconscious mind always keeps you at your highest in life. Dr. Murphy suggests that life events are the workings of our conscious and subconscious minds. He says that there are some techniques that we all can do that may change our destiny, those techniques include focus, and redirection of energy…spiritual energy which lives within all of us.
The point that I am trying to make, is that for us to be a success (mentally, physically, and emotionally), taking control of our minds is extremely important. Ways to ensure you are caring for your mental state can include yoga/exercise, meditation, reading, crossword puzzles, or even something as simple as taking a walk down the street. To add, here are some suggestions that I’d like to share that may help you live the happy, healthy life you all deserve. First, understand that nothing can become positive if negativity is what is manifested! Let’s start with something simple. You wake up every morning and recite to yourself, “By day and by night, I am being prospered in all of my interests.” This phrase is short but speaks volumes. Every day and night we wake up with a complaint, no matter how big or small. Pouring that negative energy into the atmosphere can cause all those things we don’t want to become a reality.
It’s important to keep in mind that the more you think you’re not going to win, the more you will lose. Some call it confidence; some call it faith. Whatever you consider it to be, use that power wisely.
Consider the possibility that we can change our every day with just our minds. Think positive thoughts without countering them with negative energies. Instead of constantly searching for answers, let your subconscious ‘self-create’ them for you. Have trust in your mind and soul that it can lead you in the right direction. Last cliché sounding statement I will say is this, all things are possible through the power of your subconscious mind. The balance is of course easier said than done, but the relief that you feel when you’re not automatically going into stress mode is worth the dedication!
Become one with yourself so that you can be your own savior! Once you live by these standards, no one else can affect your happiness or growth but you.
